Life is not vapor,
Or sacred,
Not framed unwisely,
Just an exhausted sigh,
A single deep-chest heave.

Life is not blessed,
Or profound,
Not too practical,
Just a hop-skip journey,
Into some more unknowns.

Seems well to question,
Distraction,
Life’s an equation,
Vast with Xs and Ys,
Numberless and naked.
